I just fired up my Sega Saturn to play an Japanese import game and I found an odd error. "Download failed - no connection" flashed on the Action Replay screen repeatedly.
Turns out simply cleaning the contacts on the Action Replay cartridge solved the problem, but I thought I'd put this up in case it helps someone else out.
