This package is provided to you for collaboration with the original author "Filler" on completing the English language translation hack of Nakayama Miho's Tokimeki High School, or use in your own English, or other language translation hack, or other type of remix.
The English language script has been checked against the Japanese script via a full play-through of the game. In addition it has been edited for length, proofread, and spell checked.
In regards to the name of the game, "Nakayama Miho's Tokimeki High School", it can be translated as "Miho Nakayama's Heartthrob High School". There are some interesting considerations around this however. The school you transfer to is called "Tokimeki (Private) Academy". Calling this "Heartthrob Academy" would obviously be inappropriate. But that connotation is something of a pun or tongue-in-cheek naming of the school.
This comes up a few times in the game, where it self referentially mentions a "Tokimeki High School Phone Card", which is not referring to "Tokimeki Academy", but the game you are playing, which did in fact have a phone card available as a prize. There's also a movie called Tokimeki High School, which I've translated as "Heartthrob High School" in the script. I chose to use the transliterated "Tokimeki High School" in the title screen to preserve the link between the game title, and the Tokimeki Academy you attend. This could be changed at another's discretion.
Additionally, I've switched all names to English name order (first last), except when I made the title screen. This was an error on my part. It should read "Miho Nakayama's Tokimeki High School".
