Matt's project index records the English patch under the translated title The Great Maze: Master of the Maze with a release date of July 16, 2006. The Japanese title is retained as an alternate title so searches for either name reach the same record.
Preservation notes
No dedicated project page or local release package was recovered. A copy of the original patch and readme is needed to establish the version, complete credits, supported ROM revision, and exact translated title styling. The archive should not confuse this game with the similarly named Pyokotan no Dai Meiro.
