Release

The project page records completion on November 28, 2010, while the public announcement followed on November 29. Both dates are retained rather than forcing them into a single event.

History

Filler began the project in October 2003 and restarted it in February 2005. The script was about one-third complete when technical help was sought later that year. Tomaitheous contributed font work in 2006, Grant Laughlin finished the remaining script in 2007, and Esperknight revived the technical side in 2010, leading to the final release that November.

Preservation notes

Several screenshots survive locally, although some images referenced by the old page are missing. A future preserved release set should include the patch, readme, and representative surviving screenshots. The content notice should travel with mirrored historical media.
